The role

What you'll do

Reporting to the Technical Management, you will be responsible for the overall management of industrial projects once awarded, acting as the coordination point between the client, internal teams, and external collaborators, ensuring compliance with deadlines, cost, and quality objectives.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the execution of international industrial projects from award through to commissioning.
Act as the main point of contact between the client and the various internal departments of the company.
Plan and monitor the project, ensuring compliance with established milestones.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams in engineering, procurement, production, programming, and assembly, as well as suppliers and external collaborators.
Oversee resource planning and compliance with manufacturing, supply, and installation deadlines.
Manage incidents, identify risks, and propose solutions during the different project phases.
Attend follow-up meetings with domestic and international clients.
Carry out site visits and installations during the assembly and commissioning phases when required by the project.
Monitor documentation, FAT, shipments, assembly, and SAT.
Report periodically to the Technical Management.
Coordinate collections or invoicing milestones with administration, although not directly responsible for issuing invoices.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the management or coordination of international industrial projects.
Experience in special machinery manufacturing, capital equipment, industrial engineering, or installation integration is valued.
Knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD design tools.
Advanced level of English (C1 or equivalent), essential for communication with international clients.
Availability for regular international travel. (30-40%)
Experience in long-duration projects with high technical complexity will be valued.
