The role

We are looking for a Maintenance and Energy Manager based at our Diagonal del Mar center to coordinate and supervise the technical operations of our stores in the surrounding area (Mataró and Girona). What you'll do

As Maintenance and Energy Manager, you will report hierarchically to the Territorial Manager and functionally to the Store Director, leading an internal team of 3 colleagues. Your main tasks will be:

Technical management: Coordinate and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities for the facilities and machinery of the stores in your area.

Visit planning: Conduct scheduled visits every two weeks to each assigned supermarket, as well as travel to resolve urgent issues.

Compliance and Quality: Ensure compliance with current legislation and internal standards to guarantee maximum comfort. You will also act as the point of contact for quality inspections and audits.

Store conditioning: Lead and implement physical transformations of store spaces (temporary or permanent) to boost sales and product display.

Requirements

Education: Higher-level vocational training (FP Grado Superior) in Electricity, Electronics, Industrial Maintenance, Mechanics, or a university degree in Industrial Maintenance Engineering.

Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar technical maintenance roles.

Solid knowledge: Extensive experience with electrical installations, HVAC, infrastructure, and refrigeration systems.

Certifications: A professional license (refrigeration, heating, etc.) is highly valued.

Digital skills: Advanced user of Google Workspace.

Mobility and license: Valid driver's license (B) and full availability to travel.
