Strong knowledge of labour legislation, social security and payroll taxation.
Experience with cloud-based ERP systems such as NetSuite is an advantage.
Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and/or ADP Celergo is highly valued.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Advanced English (mandatory). Additional languages are a plus.

Job Description:
We are looking for Payroll Staff and Senior Payroll Staff to join the Global Finance team of an international company. The selected candidates will play a key role in delivering accurate and timely payroll processes across multiple regions (Americas, EMEA and APAC), working closely with HR, Finance and external payroll providers in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process payroll for employees across multiple international regions.
- Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of semi-monthly and monthly payrolls.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to maintain accurate employee data, including new hires, terminations, transfers, compensation changes and other payroll-related updates.
- Review employee expense reports and maintain payroll-related information in internal systems.
- Coordinate with external payroll providers and ensure payroll files are accurate and compliant.
- Support stock-based compensation and related tax processes.
- Participate in month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist with internal, external and statutory audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to process improvements and provide support to the wider Finance team when required.
