About the position:

We are looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician specializing in boilers and hydraulics, for an important precast concrete products company in the province of Girona.

Main duties:

• Ensure the operation of all boiler and hydraulic systems equipment, overseeing daily and preventive maintenance, managing legal and technical deadlines, and coordinating key suppliers to minimize downtime and costs.
• Oversee the preventive maintenance plan and routine inspections of mechanical machinery (mechanic)
• Follow up on daily maintenance and compliance with work orders
• Manage and control deadlines for inspections, certifications, and legalizations (regulations, OCA, etc.)
• Diagnose, coordinate, and provide technical support in resolving critical breakdowns in mechanics, boilers, and hydraulic systems
• Manage relationships and negotiations with maintenance suppliers and key technical services
• Ensure the recording and analysis of interventions in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and propose improvements
• Lead the maintenance team, ensuring a good work environment, safety, and compliance with procedures

• Languages Catalan and Spanish

• Advanced Vocational Training (CFGS) / Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanics, or similar
• Experience ≥ 7-10 years in industrial mechanical maintenance (boilers/hydraulics)
• Leadership experience
• 2-3 years coordinating or acting as a reference for a maintenance team
• Technical knowledge
• Advanced mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, basic welding
• Electricity Basic knowledge for coordination, not for hands-on interventions
• Systems Use of CMMS / ERP to plan and track maintenance and deadlines

Sobre el lloc:

Busquem un/a tècnic/a de manteniment industrial en calderia i hidràulics, per a una important empresa de prefabricats industrials de la Província de Girona.

Funcions principals:

• Assegurar el funcionament de totes les instal·lacions i equips de caldereria i sistemes hidràulics, supervisant manteniments diaris i preventius, gestionant venciments legals i tècnics, i coordinant proveïdors clau per minimitzar aturades i costos.
• Supervisar el pla de manteniments diaris i inspeccions de rutina de maquinària mecànica de forma preventiva (mecànic)
• Fer el seguiment dels manteniments diaris i del compliment de les ordres de treball
• Gestionar i controlar venciments de revisions, inspeccions i legalitzacions (normativa, OCA, etc.)
• Diagnosticar, coordinar i donar suport tècnic en la resolució d'avaries crítiques,en mecànica, en caldereria i sistemes hidràulics
• Gestionar relació i negociació amb proveïdors de manteniment i serveis tècnics clau
• Assegurar el registre i l'anàlisi d'intervencions al sistema (GMAO parts) i proposar millores
• Liderar l'equip de manteniment, assegurant clima, seguretat i compliment de procediments
