MISSION: You will support the processes carried out to account for the social cost of all payrolls generated in the department. You will also support all processes for calculating personal income tax (IRPF) and tax returns, complying with legal regulations and established procedures.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Enter distributions.

Enter severance payments.

Calculate and detect errors in the month's accounting simulations.

Send accounting breakdown reconciliations. Explain social cost billings to hotels that request them.

Understand the calculation of personal income tax (IRPF).

Enter voluntary contributions.

Resolve questions regarding the applied IRPF withholding.

Support with the monthly and quarterly Form 111 filing.

Collaborate with the Form 190 filing.

Payroll accounting process and cost analysis.

Participate in the development of improvements and implementation of cross-departmental projects.

REQUIREMENTS

Skills:

Analytical person with mastery of social cost accounting.

Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse and heterogeneous teams. Attention to detail and commitment to excellence in carrying out tasks.

Proactive approach with initiative and decision-making regarding the implementation and development of departmental improvements.

Knowledge:

Higher education degree in Labor Relations, Social Graduate and/or Labor Sciences.

Spanish labor legislation, specialized in accounting and taxation.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in medium and large organizations.

Knowledge of the SAP payroll program and Success Factors is desirable.

OFFICE environment tools, preferably proficiency in Excel. Skill with numerical analysis.
