Job mission:

The Restaurant, Bar and Buffet Waiter will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in the hotel's different restaurants and buffet areas, ensuring that all their needs and expectations are met with the highest level of quality and professionalism.

What will you have to do?

Carry out and ensure compliance with the instructions of your immediate supervisor regarding tasks and duties assigned before and at the end of the shift.

Prepare and serve drinks, cocktails and appetizers according to hotel standards.

Offer recommendations and respond to guest inquiries about our beverage menu.

Keep work areas clean, organized and well stocked.

What are we looking for?

Previous experience as a Bar-Restaurant Waiter/Waitress in hotels is valued.

A person with a dynamic, responsible, proactive attitude and a customer service orientation.

Knowledge of English will be valued to interact with international guests.

Misión del puesto:
El Camarero de Restaurante, Bar y Buffet será responsable de proporcionar un servicio excepcional a nuestros huéspedes en los diferentes restaurantes y áreas de buffet del hotel, asegurando que todas sus necesidades y expectativas sean atendidas con el más alto nivel de calidad y profesionalismo.

¿Qué tendrás que hacer?

Realizar y asegurar el cumplimiento de las instrucciones de su jefe inmediato en cuanto a tareas y obligaciones que se le asignen antes y al final del turno.
Preparar y servir bebidas, cócteles y aperitivos según los estándares del hotel.
Ofrecer recomendaciones y responder a las consultas de los huéspedes sobre nuestra carta de bebidas.
Mantener las áreas de trabajo limpias, organizadas y bien abastecidas.

¿Qué buscamos?

Valorable experiencia previa como Camarero/a de Bar-Restaurante en hoteles.
Persona con actitud dinámica, responsable, proactiva y con orientación al cliente.
Se valorará conocimiento de inglés para interactuar con huéspedes internacionales.
