About the role

As a Telephony Systems Technician, you will be responsible for the design, administration, and N2 support of the IP PBX based on Asterisk, ensuring the availability and quality of the telephony service. You will participate in monitoring, security, and continuous improvement tasks for the VoIP infrastructure.
