About the role

We are looking for an Operational Process Specialist/Technician (Stores and Logistics Platforms) to join the Operations team at our head offices in Madrid. Below, we tell you all the details of the role:

Your mission will be to ensure the correct implementation and evolution of operational tools and processes in our centres, acting as the point of contact and reference support for store teams, monitoring incidents, KPIs and action plans, and promoting continuous improvement in the company's operations.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and rollout of operational tools in centres and platforms.
  • Act as the functional reference and support for the tools used in stores and logistics centres.
  • Oversee the correct use of operational platforms.

What are we looking for in you?  

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in positions related to operations, processes or projects within the retail sector.
  • Knowledge of store operations, stock management, inventories and logistics processes.
  • Experience in implementing tools and change management.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas and data analysis).
  • Knowledge of project management tools.
  • Experience with tools for inventory management, stock, goods receiving and staff management in logistics or retail environments is a plus.
  • Analytical skills, results orientation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with multiple stakeholders.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Availability to travel nationally.
  • Driving licence.
