Senior Commercial Manager Bilbao

We are looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to join our Makro  Bilbao team. Are you ready to be part of the best sales force in Spain? Below, we tell you all the details of the role.

Your mission: you will drive the company's commercial strategy, adapting the value proposition to your customers, in terms of services, delivery time slots, with the aim of increasing sales in specific areas with a high concentration of customers.

Your main responsibilities:

• You will analyse, acquire and advise customers, as well as grow your territory.
• You will manage and plan your commercial area to develop potential customers.
• You will devise plans to increase the average purchase and frequency of customers, ensuring a customer/route profitability analysis.
• You will ensure the necessary activities with your customers such as collecting payments, contract renewals, delivery time slots, catalogue promotions, and visit reporting.

• Secondary education or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of commercial experience.
• Organisational, planning, problem-solving and results-oriented skills will be valued, as well as knowledge and proficiency in the use of digital tools.
• Valid and recognised driving licence.

Tu misión; incrementarás la estrategia comercial de la compañía, adaptando la propuesta de valor a tus clientes, en cuanto a servicios, franjas de entrega, con la finalidad de incrementar las ventas en zonas específicas de alta concentración de clientes.

Tus principales funciones:

• Analizarás, captarás y asesorarás a clientes, así como hacer crecer tu zona.
• Gestionarás y planificarás tu área comercial para desarrollar clientes potenciales.
• Trazarás planes para incrementar la compra media y frecuencia de los clientes, asegurando un análisis de rentabilidad clientes/rutas.
• Asegurarás las actividades necesarias con tus clientes como el cobro de los mismos, la renovación de contratos, franjas de entrega, promoción de catálogos, reporte de visitas.

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

• Formación en ESO o similar.
• Experiencia comercial de al menos 3 años.
• Se valorarán capacidades de organización, planificación, resolución y orientación a resultados, así como conocimiento y destrezas en el uso de herramientas digitales.
• Permiso de conducir vigente y homologado
