What you'll do

Guarantee personalized, unique customer service for every client.
Coordinate the store team, including the training and development of the Beauty Advisors.
Oversee stock control and ensure proper inventory management.
Coordinate the presentation and positioning of products in the store.
Handle the administrative side, including payments, cash register closings, and sending documentation to head office.
Ensure proper store maintenance and promotion displays.
Collaborate with your Area Manager and coordinate actions with other Store Managers in the zone.
