As a Store Manager, you will be the heart of the store: you will manage the team, train the Beauty Advisors, schedule shifts, and ensure that every customer has a unique experience, discovering the perfect routine for their skin.

• Coordinate the store team, including training and development of Beauty Advisors.
• Oversee stock control and ensure proper inventory management.
• Coordinate product presentation and positioning in the store.
• Handle the administrative side, including payments, cash register closings, and sending documentation to head office.
• Ensure proper store maintenance and promotion displays.
• Guarantee personalized, unique customer service for every client.
• Collaborate with your Area Manager and coordinate actions with other Store Managers in the zone.

• Languages: Spanish and English; Catalan is a plus.
