Store Manager - Sitges

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail
• Previous experience in team management and leadership in a store
• Strong results orientation and experience working with KPIs (sales, conversion, average ticket…)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proactivity, autonomy, and motivation to take on new challenges
• Passion for the cosmetics world and skin care
• High level of Spanish and English; Catalan is a plus

You will be the driving force of the store, with a key role in:

• Leading, motivating, and developing the team of Beauty Advisors
• Organizing schedules and managing daily operations
• Ensuring an exceptional experience for every customer
• Sharing the values and knowledge of K-Beauty
• Driving results through efficient, close-knit management

• Coordinating the store team, including their training and development
• Overseeing stock control and ensuring proper inventory management
• Managing product presentation and positioning in the store
• Handling administrative tasks: payments, cash register closing, and sending documentation to head office
• Ensuring optimal maintenance of the space and proper implementation of promotions
• Guaranteeing personalized, unique attention for every customer
• Working closely with your Area Manager and coordinating actions with other store managers in the zone
