One of our stores in Barcelona is looking for its Store Manager, who will take on the challenge of leading the team and offering an unparalleled experience to our customers. As Store Manager, you will be the heart of the store: you will manage the team, train the Beauty Advisors, plan schedules, and ensure that every customer discovers the perfect routine for their skin. What you'll do

What will you do on a daily basis?
· Ensure personalized and unique attention for every customer.
· Coordinate the store team, including training and development of Beauty Advisors.
· Oversee stock control and ensure proper inventory management.
· Coordinate product presentation and positioning in the store.
· Handle administrative tasks, including payments, cash register closures, and sending documentation to headquarters.
· Ensure proper store maintenance and product display for promotions.
· Collaborate with your Area Manager and coordinate actions with other Store Managers in the area.
