One of our stores in Barcelona is looking for its Store Manager, who will take on the challenge of leading the team and offering an unparalleled experience to our customers. As Store Manager, you will be the heart of the store: you will manage the team, train the Beauty Advisors, plan schedules, and ensure that every customer discovers the perfect routine for their skin. What will you do on a daily basis?
· Ensure personalized and unique attention for every customer.
· Coordinate the store team, including training and development of Beauty Advisors.
· Oversee stock control and ensure proper inventory management.
· Coordinate product presentation and positioning in the store.
· Handle administrative tasks, including payments, cash register closures, and sending documentation to headquarters.
· Ensure proper store maintenance and product display for promotions.
· Collaborate with your Area Manager and coordinate actions with other Store Managers in the area.

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?
· Garantizar una atención personalizada y única a cada cliente.
· Coordinar el equipo de la tienda, incluyendo formación y desarrollo de los Beauty Advisors.
· Supervisar el control de stock y asegurar la correcta gestión del inventario.
· Coordinar la presentación y posicionamiento de productos en tienda.
· Gestionar la parte administrativa, incluyendo cobros, cierres de caja y envío de documentación a la central.
· Asegurar el correcto mantenimiento de la tienda y la exhibición de promociones.
· Colaborar con tu Area Manager y coordinar acciones con otras Store Managers de la zona.
