LEAD MANAGER (Disability Certificate)

Reporting to the Commercial Management, your mission will be to achieve sales targets, both in quantitative and qualitative terms, ensuring the best customer service and complying with brand procedures and processes.

What will your tasks be?

• Meeting the lead-to-closed-sale conversion ratio targets set by the company.

• You will be responsible for providing a fast and agile response to potential customers, offering a response tailored to their needs with the aim of closing a visit to the dealership.

• You will refer customers to the sales team to close an in-person visit to the facilities.

GESTOR/A LEADS (Certificado discapacidad)

En dependencia de la Dirección Comercial, tu misión será la de alcanzar los objetivos de ventas, tanto en términos cuantitativos como cualitativos, garantizando la mejor atención a los clientes y cumpliendo los procedimientos y procesos de marca.

¿Cuáles serán tus tareas?

• Cumplimiento de los objetivos de ratio de conversión de leads a ventas cerradas, que se fijen por la compañía.

• Serás responsable de dar una respuesta rápida y ágil a los potenciales clientes, ofreciendo una respuesta adaptada a sus necesidades con el objetivo de cerrar una visita a la concesión.

• Derivarás a los clientes al equipo de comerciales para cerrar una visita presencial a las instalaciones
