Project Planning Manager

• University degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related disciplines. Project management training is valued.

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in project management and monitoring.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project.

• Experience in schedule control, risk management, action tracking, and stakeholder coordination.

• Valuable experience in the transport, mobility, infrastructure, construction, or real estate sectors.

• Experience working in international and multicultural environments.

• Advanced level of English. Knowledge of Arabic is valued.

• Valuable experience with document management tools (Autodesk or similar).

We want to hire, in the International Development area, a professional based at our corporate offices in Sant Cugat del Vallès, to participate in a strategic mobility and transport infrastructure project we are developing in Saudi Arabia.

Your mission will be to lead the planning, coordination, and monitoring of the project's different work streams, ensuring compliance with deadlines, deliverables, and objectives.

• Develop and maintain the overall project plan using Microsoft Project, defining milestones, dependencies, and schedules.

• Monitor the different work streams, ensuring coordination between internal teams, the client, and external collaborators.

• Identify risks, deviations, and potential impacts on the project, proposing corrective actions and mitigation plans.

• Manage the follow-up of open actions and ensure their proper execution until completion.

• Prepare progress reports and executive documentation for project management and key stakeholders.

• Coordinate the delivery of documentation and ensure compliance with the deadlines established with the client.

• Support decision-making by providing visibility into the project's status and its main risks.

• Participate in national and international meetings with multidisciplinary teams and the end client.
