Job Description

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician with solid experience in industrial environments, responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and availability of equipment and facilities. In this role, you will prioritize EHS aspects in all interventions, carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, and actively contribute to continuous process improvement. You will work closely with the operations team, using CMMS tools and technical documentation (drawings, schematics, P&ID) to ensure an effective response to incidents and compliance with quality standards and good manufacturing practices.

The position is located in Moríñigo (Salamanca).

Bring energy, knowledge, innovation, and leadership to carry out the following functions:

• Prioritize EHS assessment before carrying out any corrective or preventive activity.
• Ensure compliance with preventive maintenance tasks in a timely and proper manner.
• Actively participate in the daily operational meetings of the department.
• Follow up on and execute assigned corrective maintenance work orders.
• Complete work orders in the CMMS system fully and on time.
• Manage material and spare parts requests, allocating them to work orders and tracking their delivery.

To succeed in this role, it is important that you have:

• Vocational training at an intermediate or advanced level in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of electrical systems or equipment, pneumatics, general mechanics (not vehicles), industrial HVAC, and HVAC installations.
• Ability to handle electrical manuals and schematics, as well as interpret drawings and P&ID.

• Problem-solving skills in industrial environments.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Knowledge of maintenance management programs (CMMS), preferably SAP-based or others.
• Knowledge of data acquisition systems (SCADA or others).

Job Description

Buscamos un/a Técnico/a de Mantenimiento con sólida experiencia en entornos industriales, responsable de garantizar la fiabilidad, seguridad y disponibilidad de los equipos e instalaciones. En este puesto, priorizarás los aspectos EHS en todas las intervenciones, ejecutarás tareas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, y contribuirás activamente a la mejora continua de los procesos. Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de operaciones, utilizando herramientas GMAO y documentación técnica (planos, esquemas, P&ID) para asegurar una respuesta eficaz ante incidencias y el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y buenas prácticas de manufactura.

La ubicación del puesto es en Moríñigo (Salamanca).

Aportar energía, conocimiento, innovación y liderazgo para llevar a cabo las siguientes funciones:

• Priorizar la evaluación EHS antes de la ejecución de cualquier actividad correctiva o preventiva.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de las tareas de mantenimiento preventivo en tiempo y forma.
• Participar de manera activa en las reuniones operativas diarias del departamento.
• Realizar el seguimiento y la ejecución de las órdenes de mantenimiento correctivo asignadas.
• Cumplimentar las órdenes de trabajo en el sistema GMAO de forma completa y en plazo.
• Gestionar las solicitudes de materiales y repuestos, imputándolos en las órdenes de trabajo y realizando el seguimiento de la entrega de los mismos.

Para tener éxito en este puesto, es importante que cuentes con:

• Formación profesional de grado medio o superior en mantenimiento industrial, mecatrónica o equivalente.
• Conocimientos en sistemas o equipos eléctricos, neumática, mecánica general (no vehículos), climatización industrial e instalaciones HVAC.
• Capacidad para manejar manuales y esquemas eléctricos, así como interpretar planos y P&ID.

• Habilidad para la resolución de problemas en entornos industriales.
• Conocimientos de Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (GMP).
• Conocimiento de programas de gestión de mantenimiento (GMAO), preferentemente base SAP u otros.
• Conocimiento de sistemas de adquisición de datos (SCADA u otros).
