✨Apply with us to be part of this world of opportunities!✨

Role mission: We are looking for a Junior UX/UI Designer with a desire to grow within a consolidated design team. Your mission will be to help define the simplest, most efficient, and most enjoyable way for a solution to meet user needs and expectations.

You will work alongside more experienced designers, applying established visual guidelines and design systems, and participating in real client projects from day one. Above all, we are looking for a learning mindset, curiosity, and a strong desire to learn.

What you'll do

  • Support user research and validation tasks: assist with observation, help design research instruments, and contribute to gathering insights.
  • Support the design of information architecture, flows, content, and solution structure.
  • Develop wireframes and mockups based on an already defined and approved visual direction.
  • Use existing components, patterns, and design systems, applying style guides while ensuring consistency and scalability.
  • Apply defined interactions and micro-interactions to achieve dynamic and coherent interfaces.
  • Apply user experience design guidelines to diagnose and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Incorporate accessibility best practices into components and interactions, designing with inclusion in mind.
  • Participate in co-creation and prioritization sessions with technical and business teams.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams working under agile frameworks to deliver value as quickly as possible.
  • Validate with the team that your design decisions align with business objectives.
  • Actively integrate into a dedicated client team, respecting its internal processes, work culture, and confidentiality levels.

What you'll get

  • Permanent contract with Multiplica.
  • Hybrid work (offices in Barcelona).
  • Full-time position
  • Team equipment provided
  • 23 vacation days and intensive working hours in summer
  • Flexible compensation with Cobee.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in UX/UI design (internships and academic or personal projects count).
  • Education in fields related to design, psychology, sociology, computer science, or engineering. Postgraduate education or specialization in interface design, prototyping, user research, or data analysis will be valued.
  • A portfolio that showcases your design process, not just the final result.
  • Knowledge of Figma: layout, interactive prototyping, and use of existing components and libraries.
  • Familiarity with wireframing and navigation maps / information architecture.
  • Knowledge of responsive design and interfaces adapted to different devices and screen sizes.
  • Knowledge of interaction design and micro-interactions.
  • Knowledge of design systems and UI toolkits: knowing how to consume and correctly apply already-created components.
  • Knowledge of evaluation techniques: heuristic analysis, usability testing, and benchmarking.
  • Sensitivity to accessibility and inclusive design.
  • Proficiency with remote collaboration tools.
  • Integration of AI tools into the work process will be positively valued (visual content generation, research assistance, workflow automation, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to facilitate communication and handoff of specifications to the development team.
  • Familiarity with agile project management tools (Jira, Trello, or similar) and collaborative documentation tools (Confluence, Notion, or similar).

Soft Skills

  • Teamwork and active listening: ability to exchange ideas and take into account the opinions of the rest of the team.
  • Clear and structured communication, both oral and written and visual.
  • Ability to argue your decisions with reasons and evidence.
  • Self-learning: ability to identify your own areas for improvement and work on them autonomously.
  • Accountability and results orientation: responsibility for your deliverables and vision of the project objective.
  • Planning and time management, knowing how to prioritize based on importance and urgency.
  • Resilience and flexibility in the face of change and uncertainty.
  • Openness to feedback, both giving and receiving it.
  • Desire to keep learning every day and to share what you have learned.
