Our Spain Electricity Networks Business (UFD) is immersed in an exciting transformation challenge, whose mission is the digitalization and sensorization of our electrical grid to evolve from a purely physical network to a virtual network, where data analysis and artificial intelligence allow us to manage and respond to all the needs of the new sustainable ecosystem.

In this context, we are looking for talent to fill the position of Territorial Distribution Specialist Technician in the Ciudad Real Oeste Operations Unit.

Specific functions and tasks:

• Supervise works and operations, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget.
• Plan and coordinate actions, ensuring compliance with technical and economic milestones.
  
• Exercise and ensure compliance with Technical Direction and applicable regulations.
• Control and evaluate Collaborating Companies, driving improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Manage incidents, inspections, complaints, and technical support, ensuring the correct operation and maintenance of the grid.

Job Requirements:

Academic Qualification: University Degree in Electrical Engineering / Industrial Engineering with a Master's in Industrial Engineering or similar, with specialization to carry out Technical Direction in electrical works.

Language: English - C1

Valuable knowledge and experience

• Advanced data analysis and management.
• Minimum of 3 years of prior work experience in the electrical sector.
• Previous experience in operations bases in supervisory roles.

En este contexto buscamos talento para ocupar la posición de Técnico/a Especialista Territorial Distribución en la Unidad de Operaciones Ciudad Real Oeste.

Funciones y tareas específicas:

• Supervisar obras y operaciones, garantizando seguridad, calidad, plazo y presupuesto.
• Planificar y coordinar actuaciones, asegurando el cumplimiento de hitos técnicos y económicos.
  
• Ejercer y asegurar el cumplimiento de la Dirección Facultativa y de la normativa aplicable.
• Controlar y evaluar a las Empresas Colaboradoras, impulsando mejoras en seguridad, calidad y eficiencia.
• Gestionar incidencias, inspecciones, reclamaciones y apoyo técnico, garantizando la correcta operación y conservación de la red.

Requisitos del puesto:

Titulación Académica: Grado Universitario en Ingeniería Eléctrica / Ingeniería Industrial con Máster en Ingeniería Industrial o similares, con especialidad para poder llevar a cabo dirección facultativa en obras eléctricas.

Idioma: Inglés - C1

Conocimientos y experiencia valorables

• Análisis y gestión avanzada de datos.
• Experiencia laboral previa mínima de 3 años en el sector eléctrico.
• Experiencia previa en bases de operaciones en funciones de supervisión.
