About the role

The role
The Medical Delegate is at the center of the Multichannel Engagement process, including face-to-face interactions with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and healthcare institutions (HCIs). The role requires a deep understanding of their needs and interaction preferences, coordinating the available tools and content to promote programs and raise awareness of products, always responding in a responsible, ethical, and evidence-based manner.

What you'll do


Responsibilities:

  • Master Multichannel Engagement, understanding each healthcare professional's needs and delivering the right content, at the right time, through the most appropriate digital or traditional channel.
  • Analyze channel performance and manage dashboards to continuously improve the efficiency of interactions within the assigned territory.
  • Drive recommendation of Nestlé Infant Nutrition products and services among healthcare professionals, healthcare institutions, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and medical associations.
  • Create and manage a territorial action plan to increase recommendations and market share, incorporating the territory's dynamics, healthcare professional profiles, and business priorities, always in coordination with the territory's Sales colleagues.
  • Manage master data, schedules, visit frequency to healthcare professionals, coverage, surveys, and insights, with special attention to hospital usage, recommendation, prescription, and scientific activities.
  • Ensure all activities comply with the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-milk Substitutes, Nestlé policies and procedures, and the local management system.

What we're looking for

  • University degree in a scientific field related to Physiology, Nutrition, Medicine, Biology, Pharmacology, Food Science, or another health or nutrition-related discipline.
  • Results-oriented mindset and a continuous improvement mentality.
  • Ability to take on challenges and adapt to new environments, tools, and ways of working.
  • Proactive attitude, curiosity, and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in the language required for the assigned territory; an upper-intermediate level of English will be valued.
  • Business acumen and a drive to seek out challenges.
  • Basic knowledge of digital tools and a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Valid type B driver's license.

Nice to have

  • Experience as a Medical Delegate or in a similar role working with healthcare institutions will be valued.
  • Training in Marketing or Business will be considered an advantage.
