What you'll get

Initial temporary contract (6 months) with the option for continuity.
Part-time position with a fixed afternoon shift (3:00 PM–8:00 PM) from Monday to Friday.
Salary according to collective agreement.

The role

To promote, through recreational and educational activities, the comprehensive development of the resident in order to stimulate their well-being and health.

What you'll do

Develop and execute the various animation techniques that involve users in their free time and promote their integration and group development.
Motivate residents about the importance of their participation to achieve their integration and positive relationship with the center.
Access information sources and procedures to obtain the necessary resources and implement cultural processes.
Communicate to your immediate supervisor any incidents or anomalies observed in the performance of your duties.
Implementation of specific animation programs and projects.

Requirements

Preferably, a Technical Degree in Sociocultural Animation.
Desirable at least six months of experience in a similar position.
Additional training in Geriatrics is valuable.
Preferably at least one year of previous experience in the geriatric field and knowledge of the user profile of residences.
