About the role

Would you like to join a growing company in the cosmetic/chemical sector? We are looking for a Production Operator to join the production area, participating in the manufacture of products and ensuring compliance with established quality and safety standards.

What you'll do

  • Preparation, identification, and verification of the raw materials needed for each manufacturing order, checking quantities, batches, and material condition.

  • Performing weighings, dosing, and loading of raw materials into production equipment according to manufacturing instructions.

  • Execution of bulk production processes: mixing, stirring, heating, cooling, and incorporation of specific formula components.

  • Monitoring and tracking of production process parameters (times, temperatures, stirring speeds, product homogeneity, and appearance).

  • Taking samples during or at the end of the process for sending to the Quality department.

  • Cleaning and preparation of reactors, tanks, hoses, pumps, utensils, and facilities, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards and preventing cross-contamination.

  • Completion of production documentation, process controls, incidents, and cleaning records.

  • Performing transfers, filtrations, transfers, and internal product movements using appropriate means.
