Customer Service (Logistics Sector) with Bilingual English

Our client, an important leading logistics group in the maritime sector, needs to hire a Customer Service representative to contribute and provide support to the department, ensuring effective operational development and customer satisfaction.

Your duties will be:

-Direct contact with clients/suppliers

-Carrying out the booking, taking into account the contract to be used, trying to optimize existing special contracts together with procurement.

-Export/Import processes.

-Creation of Job Orders for suppliers

-Documentation derived from the functions. Documentation and creation of B/Ls

-Customs procedures.

-Transport management. Transport Orders

-Invoicing. Checking supplier invoices

-Management of incidents that may arise. Demurrage/Container Detention Processes

-Follow established procedures efficiently, contributing to the constant search for improvements.

-Offer solutions to the challenges that arise and resolve critical problems that may occur.

Full-time

Temporary contract

Annual base salary €27,000 gross

The contract will be temporary

Your schedule will be from 8:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday to Friday

Training in International Trade or similar

High level of knowledge in logistics and export processes, including all types of traffic, whether maritime, land, rail, or air

Bilingual English level

Tus funciones serán:

?-Contacto directo con clientes/proveedores/as

-Realización del booking, teniendo en cuenta contrato a utilizar, tratando de optimizar los contratos especiales existentes junto con procurement.

-Procesos de Exportación/ Importación.

-Creación de Job Order para proveedores/as

-Documentación derivada de las funciones. Documentación y creación de B/LS

-Gestiones con aduanas.

-Gestión de transporte. Ordenes de Transporte

-Facturación. Chequeo de facturas de Proveedores/as

-Gestión de incidencias que puedan surgir. Procesos Demoras/ Detención de Contenedores

-Seguir los procedimientos establecidos de manera eficiente, contribuyendo a la búsqueda contante de mejoras.

-Ofrecer soluciones a los desafíos que se presenten y resolver problemas críticos que puedan producirse.

Salario Base anual 27000€ brutos

La contratación sera temporal

Tu horario será de 8:45 a 17:30 h de lunes a viernes

Formacion en Comercio Internacional o similares

Alto nivel de conocimientos en logística y procesos de exportación,que incluya todo tipo de tráficos, ya sea marítimo, terrestre, ferroviario o áereo

Nivel de Inglés bilingüe
