WHAT WILL YOUR MISSION BE? 🕵🏻

As Construction Site Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating construction, expansion, and renovation projects for OBRAMAT warehouses, ensuring they are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with current regulations.

Additionally, you will manage all project phases, from initial planning and permit processing to the execution of works and final opening, ensuring compliance with the company's deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.


WHAT WILL YOUR DUTIES BE?🔧:

  • Coordinate construction, renovation, and implementation projects.

  • Manage permits, licenses, and relationships with public administrations.

  • Supervise technical projects, construction work, and budget control.

  • Coordinate suppliers, construction companies, and installers.

  • Ensure compliance with deadlines, regulations, and quality standards.

  • Drive improvements in sustainability, energy efficiency, and cost optimization.

  • Provide technical support to the different departments and operational areas.

  • University degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

  • Experience in project management, construction, and site management of 4 to 8 years.

  • Knowledge of urban planning, permits, installations, and economic management of construction projects.
