WHAT WILL YOUR MISSION BE? 🕵🏻

Lead management control and performance improvement across two or three warehouses, supporting field teams in decision-making and ensuring operational and financial excellence. You will be a key player in driving results, ensuring the balance of the business model, and meeting client commitments.


WHAT WILL YOUR DUTIES BE?🔧:

-Control and proper operation: Ensure internal processes are followed and identify risks, proposing solutions across two or three centers in the area.
-Stock and operations management: Ensure inventory reliability and reduce merchandise losses.
-Financial monitoring: Analyze results, control expenses, and participate in investment decisions.
-Results analysis and improvement: Review sales, margin, and stock KPIs, proposing action plans.
-Commercial development: Identify growth opportunities and ensure proper pricing.
-Teamwork: Support and guide warehouse teams in decisions and training.
Culture and values: Promote results, safety, people, and sustainability in day-to-day operations.

WHAT IS OUR IDEAL PROFILE? 🤩
-
Education: University degree in economics, engineering, business administration, or similar, with a Master's in finance valued.
-Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in similar roles, with experience in Retail, Large-scale distribution, or Construction valued.
-Must be available to travel between centers within your area of operation.
-Languages: Fluent English valued (minimum B2).
-Software: Advanced Excel, SAP, and visualization tools (Power BI / Looker)
