Job Description

At OCA Global, we work with a clear purpose: to make the world a safer and more sustainable place. We are joining a pioneering project for the energy transition by participating in the construction of a new industrial plant for the production of second-generation (2G) fuels in Huelva.

We are looking to hire 2 SAP Material Planners to take on the challenge of structuring, categorizing, and ensuring the supply chain from the zero phase of the project. Here, you will not only manage spare parts: you will be a strategic piece to ensure that a world-class cutting-edge facility starts operating with absolute safety and maximum efficiency.

Purposeful and Impactful Missions

  • Code and homogenize the attributes of spare parts and materials based on technical documentation from suppliers, to ensure an impeccable catalog and inventory from day one, gaining you deep technical expertise in SAP MM/PM systems in large-scale industry.

  • Plan and coordinate material orders by suppliers and types, with the goal of guaranteeing the availability of critical stock without operational deviations, which will allow you to lead logistical decision-making in a high-complexity environment.

  • Specify materials and define safety stock proposals, to prevent risks of supply shortages and unplanned downtime, strengthening your strategic analytical capabilities.

  • Connect and collaborate daily with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Purchasing departments, achieving absolute fluidity in the project, developing a high-level multidisciplinary network of technical contacts.

  • Drive the continuous improvement of supply processes and reporting progress to management, to optimize the efficiency of the project, consolidating you as a reference profile within the organization.

What we would like to see in your profile?

(We understand the requirements as the tools you need to succeed and feel comfortable in your daily routine):

  • Training in Engineering or Technical Vocational Education and Training (VET), backed by experience in material management, warehouses, or purchasing, because you will need technical judgment to interpret documentation and industrial spare parts sheets.

  • Knowledge and proficiency in SAP MM (mandatory) and SAP PM, MS Excel, or Power tools are desirable, as they will be your main system for parameterization, coding, and stock data control.

  • Experience in industrial environments (highly desirable in energy sector projects or environments like Moeve), which will help you adapt quickly to the project's language and pace.

  • Driver's license and own vehicle, to guarantee your daily mobility and autonomy in accessing the workplace in Huelva.

  • Organized, proactive profile with attention to detail, necessary to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage documentation volume during an intense construction phase.

Why join our project?

  • Real impact on a historic project: You will be an active part of building a key plant for sustainability and decarbonization in Spain.

  • Autonomy and flat structure: You will work independently but supported by a team that backs you from day one, where decisions are made in an agile and close-knit manner.

  • Stability and career prospects: Guaranteed project until March 2027 with ample opportunities for development and internal mobility within the OCA Global group.

  • Human and collaborative environment: A young, motivated team without rigid bureaucracy, where good work is recognized.

  • Care for your time and well-being: Schedules designed to promote personal balance:

    • Standard schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

    • Intensive schedule: Every Friday, every holiday eve, and throughout July and August from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

    • Special rest days: December 24 and 31 are free for the entire team.

Shall we talk?

If you feel that this challenge aligns with your skills and you want to be part of a benchmark project in the industrial sector, we would love to meet you. Apply for the vacancy and let's talk about your future at OCA Global!
