Preventive Resource (Las Palmas de Gran Canaria)

At OCA Global Prevention Services, we are looking to bring on a Preventive Resource - Workplace Risk Prevention (PRL) Technician in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria to take part in construction and industrial projects, helping to ensure compliance with health and safety measures on site and making sure nothing is left to chance.

• You will act as a Preventive Resource: Be present during critical activities to ensure that work is carried out under the required safety conditions.

• On-site supervision: Ensure compliance with the Health and Safety Plan at the assigned workplaces, verifying the correct use of collective and individual protective equipment as a Preventive Resource on site.

• Risk assessment: Identify potential risks during the development of activities and propose preventive measures.

• Document management: You will document the progress of the work, report incidents, and propose improvement actions that help raise the project's safety standards.

• Training and information: Ensure that workers are aware of the safety regulations and procedures applicable to their tasks.

• Collaborate with other departments, supervisors, clients, and contractors to ensure a safe work environment: You will be a benchmark figure in prevention matters, providing solutions, resolving queries, and building trust through professional and rigorous advisory services.

• Training in Workplace Risk Prevention (PRL), either through a 60-hour Basic PRL course, an Intermediate PRL Technician, or a Senior PRL Technician qualification, as this will be the foundation for carrying out the role's preventive functions.

• Driving license and own vehicle: Essential for travel within the assigned area.

• Languages: Native level of Spanish.

• Technical skills: Basic command of Microsoft Office and other document management tools.

• Full-time position: Working hours adapted to the client. Weekends off.

En OCA Global Prevention Services buscamos incorporar un Recurso Preventivo - Técnico/a de PRL en Las Palmas de Gran Canaria para participar en proyectos de construcción e industria, contribuyendo a garantizar el cumplimiento de las medidas de seguridad y salud en obra y ayudando a que nada quede al azar.

• Actuarás como Recurso Preventivo: Estar presente en las actividades críticas para asegurar que los trabajos se desarrollan bajo las condiciones de seguridad requeridas.

• Supervisión en obra: Asegurar el cumplimiento del Plan de Seguridad y Salud en los centros de trabajo asignados, verificando el uso correcto de equipos de protección colectiva e individual como Recurso Preventivo en Obra.

• Evaluación de riesgos: Identificar posibles riesgos durante el desarrollo de las actividades y proponer medidas preventivas.

• Gestión documental: Documentarás la evolución de los trabajos, comunicarás incidencias y propondrás acciones de mejora que contribuyan a elevar los estándares de seguridad del proyecto.

• Formación e información: Garantizar que los trabajadores conozcan las normativas y procedimientos de seguridad aplicables a sus tareas.

• Colaborar con otros departamentos, responsables, clientes y contratistas para asegurar un entorno de trabajo seguro: Serás una figura de referencia en materia preventiva, aportando soluciones, resolviendo consultas y generando confianza a través de un asesoramiento profesional y riguroso.

• Formación en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales, ya sea mediante PRL Básico de 60 horas, Técnico Intermedio de PRL o Técnico Superior de PRL, ya que será la base para desempeñar las funciones preventivas del puesto.

• Carnet de conducir y vehículo propio: Imprescindible para desplazamientos dentro de la zona asignada.

• Idiomas: Nivel nativo de castellano.

• Habilidades técnicas: Manejo básico de Microsoft Office y otras herramientas de gestión documental.

• Jornada completa: Horario adaptado al cliente. Libre los fines de semana.
