What you'll do

  • Support for M&A transactions across multiple geographies.
  • Updating the M&A pipeline and the status of transactions in internal reporting tools.
  • Developing financial models and valuation analyses to support potential acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.
  • Development and review of financial models to support investment and divestment decisions.
  • Support in preparing investment memoranda and presentation materials for internal committees and senior management.

  • Participation in due diligence processes, coordinating with external advisors (financial, legal, tax, and technical).

  • Monitoring and support for post-closing activities, ensuring proper integration of acquired assets or follow-through on divestitures.

Requirements
