We are currently looking to bring on board an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician for our Albuixech plant, a key position to ensure the continuity, efficiency, and safety of our production processes.

You will be part of the maintenance team, and your work will be essential to keeping the plant running smoothly day after day. Your main objective will be to ensure the proper condition of machinery and facilities, anticipating potential issues and resolving breakdowns effectively.

What you'll do

  • Address the technical needs of production.
  • Execute the preventive maintenance plan.
  • Perform corrective maintenance on machinery and facilities.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
  • Log interventions and close work orders in the CMMS system.
  • Read electrical and mechanical drawings and SCADA systems.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards, GMP, food safety, and hygiene.
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
  • Identify potential risks and report incidents to the Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Collaborate with other departments and propose improvements to processes and equipment.

Requirements

  • Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training (FP Grado Medio or Superior) in Maintenance, Mechanics, Electricity, Electronics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a maintenance technician (experience in the food industry is a plus).
  • Knowledge of:
    • Electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
    • Maintenance management software (CMMS).
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Training in Occupational Risk Prevention and Food Safety and Hygiene.
  • Own vehicle to access the workplace.
  • Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night  - 5th shift).
