Ensure the proper operation of machinery and facilities by carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with quality, food safety, and environmental standards.

What you'll do

  • Carry out checks on the condition of equipment and lines, recording the corresponding information.
  • Manage work orders and report activity in the computer system.
  • Report incidents to the Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Maintain order, cleanliness, and organization in the work area.
  • Ensure the proper condition of machinery and facilities.
  • Carry out the tasks scheduled in the maintenance plan.
  • Detect possible faults or risks in equipment and facilities.
  • Plan and carry out interventions following the supervisor's instructions.
  • Ensure that machines operate with all their safety devices and protections active.
