About the role

At Panadería Panamar Group, we are leaders in the manufacturing and distribution of frozen dough, with more than 2,700 professionals and a presence in the main large-scale retail channels nationally and internationally.

Our growth is continuous — with the recent opening of a new plant in Puçol — and we sustain it thanks to a strong commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and people development.

We are looking to hire an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician for the plant located in Enguera, Valencia, to join a demanding, dynamic industrial environment focused on continuous improvement.

A role where your work has a direct impact on production: you will be part of a key team ensuring the operational continuity of a highly automated plant with advanced industrial technology and demanding quality and food safety processes.

What you'll do

  • Ensure the proper functioning of machinery and production facilities.
  • Carry out preventive maintenance, anticipating issues.
  • Diagnose and repair breakdowns (electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic).
  • Log interventions and follow up through the CMMS.
  • Collaborate closely with production to minimize downtime and inefficiencies.
  • Propose technical improvements aimed at optimizing processes and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, food quality, and environmental standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety in your work area.

What you'll get

  • Permanent contract from day one.
  • Stability within a consolidated and growing company.
  • Competitive salary.
  • A demanding technical environment where you can continue developing your skills.
  • A culture focused on continuous improvement and teamwork.
  • Real opportunities for learning and career growth.
  • Continuous training.
  • Rotating shifts (M/T/N + 5th shift).
  • On-site medical and physiotherapy services.
  • A work environment committed to equal opportunities and diversity.

What we are looking for:

  • Intermediate or advanced vocational training (FP Grado Medio or Superior) in Maintenance, Electricity, Electromechanics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance (experience in the food industry is a plus).
  • Solid knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) handling.
  • Ability to read electrical and mechanical blueprints and knowledge of SCADA systems.
  • Health and safety training (PRL) and, preferably, food hygiene training.
  • Availability of own vehicle.
  • Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night — with 12 consecutive days off).
