About the role

At Pelayo, Salesforce is a key piece in offering close, agile, and quality service to our clients and internal teams. If you join our Information Technology Department as a Salesforce Developer, you will contribute to the evolution and transformation of this tool, especially in the Sales and Service clouds, ensuring its correct integration with the company's technological ecosystem and supporting the different departments in their day-to-day operations.

What you'll do

  • Perform the functional and technical analysis of solutions developed in Salesforce.

  • Participate in the technological development and evolution of corrective and evolutionary projects on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

  • Execute and supervise unit and integration tests of developments.

  • Coordinate and supervise the work of technology providers, gaining functional and technical knowledge of the projects developed.

  • Resolve incidents and technological issues in the Salesforce environment.

  • Stay up to date with new technologies and features that add value to Pelayo.
