The role
We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Manager with at least 6 years of experience.
Within the Emerging Technologies area of the Financial and Insurance Sector, we help our clients design and implement solutions based on web applications. We are expanding our team with various profiles and capabilities, including ServiceNow development.
What you'll do
The functions you would perform will depend on your experience and career interests, but will always include:
- Implementing ServiceNow projects, from initial configuration to post-implementation support.
- Collaborating closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
- Configuring and customizing the platform according to project specifications and client requirements.
- Defining the functional and technical design of ServiceNow solutions for clients.
- Conducting thorough testing to ensure the quality and performance of implemented solutions.
- Providing training and technical support to end users and the internal team.
- Participating in the evaluation and continuous improvement of practices and processes related to ServiceNow.
- In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including CMDB, Discovery, ITSM, and integrations.
- Participation in the commercial part and client proposals.
