• Implementing ServiceNow projects, from initial configuration to post-implementation support.
• Collaborating closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
• Configuring and customizing the platform according to project specifications and client requirements.
• Defining the functional and technical design of ServiceNow solutions for clients.
• Conducting thorough testing to ensure the quality and performance of implemented solutions.
• Providing training and technical support to end users and the internal team.
• Participating in the evaluation and continuous improvement of practices and processes related to ServiceNow.
• In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including CMDB, Discovery, ITSM, and integrations.

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Consultant/Developer with at least 6 years of experience.

Within the Emerging Technologies area of the Financial and Insurance Sector, we help our clients design and implement solutions based on web applications. We are expanding our team with various profiles and capabilities, including ServiceNow development.

• Master's degree/Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in ServiceNow projects. Agile development.
• Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team.
• ServiceNow, REST, Javascript, Frontend Development, Discovery, CMDB, ITIL.
• Good programming practices, organization, attention to detail, proactivity, ability to mentor junior profiles.
• Intermediate/Advanced English.
• Advanced Spanish.

• Conocimientos profundos de la plataforma de ServiceNow, incluyendo CMDB, Discovery, ITSM e integraciones.

Estamos buscando un/a Consultor/a y Desarrollador/a Senior ServiceNow con al menos 6 años de experiencia.

Dentro del área de Emerging Technologies de Sector Financiero y de Seguros, ayudamos a nuestros clientes en el diseño e implementación de soluciones basadas en aplicaciones web. Nos encontramos ampliando el equipo con diversos perfiles y capacidades, entre ellos el desarrollo ServiceNow.

• Máster/Licenciatura universitaria en Ingeniería Informática o experiencia laboral afín
• Experiencia en proyectos de ServiceNow. Desarrollo ágil.
• Capacidad de trabajo de forma autónoma y/o en equipo.
• ServiceNow, REST, Javascript, Desarrollo Front, Discovery, CMDB, ITIL.
• Buenas prácticas de programación, organización, atención al detalle, proactividad, capacidad de acompañar a perfiles más junior
• Inglés intermedio / avanzado
• Español avanzado
