About the role

You will be responsible for leading improvement, digitalization, and logistics automation initiatives, coordinating their execution and acting as a link between Operations (Logistics) and IT. Your mission will be to industrialize solutions (from design to startup), defining stock logic, movements, and traceability and ensuring their correct execution in systems (PDAs and SAP). Your main responsibilities will include:

What you'll do

  • Coordinate initiatives and projects for improvement and automation in logistics environments, ensuring alignment with Operations and IT, and tracking milestones until their implementation.
  • Industrializing intralogistics solution implementations (e.g., storage/automation systems), coordinating suppliers and ensuring proper startup.
  • Defining the operational logic associated with the solution: stock management strategies, replenishment rules, locations, movements, inventories, traceability, packaging, and exceptions.
  • Designing end-to-end flows (receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, returns) seeking operational simplicity and reducing manual warehouse tasks.
  • Translating processes into functional requirements and coordinating with IT/partners the configuration and integration with the ERP (SAP), including communication between systems.
  • Ensuring correct implementation and adoption in PDA software: defining screens/actions, RF flows, testing, training key users, and providing startup support.
  • Actively participating in the SAP WM → SAP EWM migration/implementation: defining processes, preparing data, integrated testing (UAT), incident management, and stabilization.
  • Analyzing operational indicators (productivity, quality, service, errors, times) and identifying opportunities for process and system improvement.
  • Preparing business cases when applicable (alternatives, CAPEX/OPEX, ROI) for automation/digitalization initiatives.

What you'll get

  • Flexible schedule.
  • Continuous training through our Corporate University.
  • Benefits such as subsidized cafeteria, on-site gym, and personalized PEbenefits.
  • Flexible compensation plan: transportation, childcare, training, among others.
  • Multicultural environment with real opportunities for international growth.
