What you'll do

Your impact

As part of our team, you will directly contribute to the development of solutions that make a difference. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the development, industrialization, and continuous improvement of production processes.
  • Managing reengineering and optimization projects, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.
  • Analyzing and improving plant performance through KPIs and data-driven decision-making.
  • Solving complex plant issues using advanced methodologies (Lean, RCA, etc.).
  • Defining and maintaining technical process documentation in accordance with standards and regulations.
  • Coordinating multidisciplinary teams and acting as a liaison between areas. Leading the implementation of tooling, machinery, and new technologies.
  • Participating in audits and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Driving continuous improvement and technological updates within the area.

We are looking for people with:

  • Academic background: Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or Organizational Engineering. Additional training in Lean Manufacturing, Quality management systems, or similar. 
  • Professional experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, defining industrial processes and/or implementing Lean Manufacturing techniques. Automotive - renewables sector is a plus.  
  • Languages: English B2
  • Technical skills: Professional level of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; desirable knowledge and handling of Power BI; knowledge and experience in AutoCAD; desirable experience with SAP.
