As part of our team, you will directly contribute to the development of solutions that make a difference. Your main responsibilities will include.
Lead the development, industrialization, and continuous improvement of production processes.
Manage reengineering and optimization projects, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.
Analyze and improve plant performance through KPIs and data-driven decision-making.
Resolve complex problems in the plant using advanced methodologies (Lean, RCA, etc.).
Define and maintain technical process documentation in accordance with standards and regulations.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and act as a liaison between areas. Lead the implementation of tooling, machinery, and new technologies.
Participate in audits and guarantee regulatory compliance.
Drive continuous improvement and technological updates within the area.
