Your impact

  • Translate designs and prototypes into viable, standardized, and scalable production processes.
  • Coordinate with engineering, quality, production, and suppliers to ensure industrialization without deviations in cost, schedule, or quality.
  • Define and validate production means, tooling, machinery, and the technical documentation required for manufacturing.
  • Optimize processes and cycle times, applying methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, FMEA, or Six Sigma.
  • Ensure regulatory and quality compliance, from the pilot phase to series production.
  • Training and support for "Junior" industrializers.
  • Hierarchical reporting: Managing the control and review of attendance and/or absences of the teams in their area of responsibility.

We are looking for people with:

  • Academic background: Bachelor's or University Degree in Industrial Engineering and/or Higher Vocational Training in Electricity and Electronics or Electricity and Mechanics
  • Professional experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar position. Development of APQP documentation. Leading industrial industrializations for more than 2 years.
  • Specific knowledge: PPAP/APQP training, Green Belt training, FMEA training.
