What you'll do

As part of our team, you will directly contribute to the development of solutions that make a difference. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out maintenance interventions.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues independently, analyzing root causes and solving them when feasible, or proposing definitive solutions. Ability to work under pressure.
  • Actively collaborating with the maintenance department to support production in performing interventions based on their criticality or urgency.
  • During shift changes, exchanging information with the incoming personnel.
  • Reviewing the preventive maintenance intervention list in the management system, selecting the interventions to be performed, executing them, and recording them in the system.
  • Ensuring the quality of interventions to maintain service facilities in proper condition, applying reliable and durable solutions, and strictly complying with work methods and applicable standards.
  • Ensuring order and cleanliness in interventions carried out both on the plant floor and in the workshop, while ensuring the start-up of the process.
  • When a breakdown occurs, providing the necessary information and supporting decision-making.
  • Making proper use of the available tools, as well as collaborating and facilitating the management of spare parts.
  • Performing all tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor, both those related to your area and those linked to other departments, to ensure the proper development of work.
  • Complying with the roles and responsibilities matrix regarding health and safety at your workplace (P14.130S-F01).

We are looking for people with

  • Desirable training in Low Voltage/High Voltage.
  • User-level proficiency in Microsoft Office; desirable experience with ERP and CMMS (GMAO) systems.
  • Desirable English level B1.
