Human Resources Internship (m/f/x)

As a Human Resources intern, you will be given real responsibility from day one, partnering with key stakeholders to help shape the employee experience, strengthen our culture, and improve HR processes through innovative and digital solutions.

You will contribute to projects that simplify the way we work, enhance employee engagement, and support the organization's people agenda. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine technology, data, and human-centered thinking to create meaningful impact for employees and the business.

• Support the development and execution of HR initiatives focused on employee experience, organizational culture, and engagement.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve, simplify, and digitize HR processes and ways of working.
• Participate in the design and implementation of innovative solutions that enhance efficiency while maintaining a people-first approach.
• Collaborate with HR teams and business partners to support change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in the adoption of digital tools, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities to optimize HR services and employee support.
• Build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
• Embrace learning opportunities and contribute fresh perspectives, ideas, and solutions to HR challenges.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, Communications, Engineering, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English language.
• Interest in people, organizational culture, employee experience, and the future of work.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for process improvement, digital innovation, and leveraging technology to solve problems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and take ownership of meaningful projects.
• Demonstrates integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.

• Available for minimum 6 months.
