  • Collaborate with HRBPs and management teams of the centers so that labour policies are understandable, applicable, and coherent with the new company model.
  • Lead and supervise equality, LGBT, inclusion plans, and measures for work-life balance and organizational well-being, ensuring their effective integration in the centers.
  • Ensure the integration of occupational risk prevention in people management.
  • Lead, together with Finance, the preparation of the annual personnel cost budget.
  • Develop human resources policies aligned with business objectives.

  • Experience in multi-center companies, people-intensive, with high operational reach.
  • Experience in retail, fitness, hospitality, catering, services, or facilities is valued.
  • Experience in liaison and reporting to management committees or business management.
  • Experience in international environments or expansion with a focus on process standardization and digitalization is valued.
  • High level of English, C1.
  • Italian and/or Portuguese is valued.
