What you'll do
What will your day-to-day look like?
- Employee registrations, terminations, and modifications with Social Security
- Process registrations, terminations, and modifications in the RED and SILTRA systems.
- Update data on internal platforms (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors).
- Process bonuses and prior requirements (disability, DARDE, etc.). Formalize contracts.
- Draft and sign employment contracts (including basic copy).
- Submit contracts via Contrat@ and certificates via Certific@.
- Use of electronic signature tools (e.g., DocuSign).
Affiliation filings - Process filings requested by companies on the TGSS website.
- Manage incidents and discrepancies between internal systems and Social Security.
