About the role

Leading international insurance and financial services group is looking for a Leadership & Talent Development Manager who will play a key role in shaping and delivering group-wide leadership and talent development initiatives. The company develops leadership capabilities and talent across international markets through strategic development programs, learning solutions, and scalable people initiatives aligned with business priorities.

What you'll do

  • Shape, develop and evolve group-wide Leadership & Talent Development solutions, including development programmes, frameworks, feedback and assessment approaches, and digital learning solutions that strengthen leadership capabilities and support Talent growth across the Group
  • Take end-to-end ownership of selected Leadership & Talent Development initiatives, from needs analysis and concept development through stakeholder alignment, implementation and continuous improvement
  • Facilitate and deliver Leadership and Talent development programmes, workshops and learning experiences, ensuring impactful learning and practical application
  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Market Unit COEs and subject matter experts to design and implement relevant and impactful group-wide solutions
  • Ensure alignment and integration of all initiatives within the broader HR ecosystem (e.g. performance management, Talent management, recruiting) and across relevant systems such as SuccessFactors
  • Select and manage external partners where relevant, including co‑creation, steering and quality assurance of deliverables
  • Evaluate effectiveness, adoption and impact of initiatives and continuously refine approaches based on feedback, data and organisational needs

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

  • At least 5 years of professional experience. Very high English level is a must.
  • Relevant professional experience in Leadership Development & Talent Development.
  • Relevant professional experience in Leadership Development and Talent Development ideally in an international or matrix organisation
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills, with the ability to structure complex topics and translate ideas into clear, actionable solutions
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing Leadership and Talent development solutions
  • Strong expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles
  • Strong facilitation skills, confidence in leading workshops and group learning experiences
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and turn concepts into high-quality deliverables
  • Knowledge of AI's potential in Leadership & Talent Development, combined with strong curiosity and willingness to continuously deepen knowledge in this field
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to drive topics end‑to‑end and manage multiple priorities in parallel
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages (especially German) are a plus.
