AVOS TECH, the BPO business line of PROSEGUR, is looking to add to its team in A Coruña a BPO Services Agent specialized in the Wealth Banking sector. If you have experience in the banking field, are passionate about delivering exceptional service, and are looking for a dynamic professional environment, this is your opportunity!

We are looking for a professional with at least 1 year of experience in similar positions, preferably in Banking Back Office environments or Wealth Banking management. Your main mission will be to support operations and clients, ensuring efficiency and quality in every interaction.

• Execution of Back Office operations arising from the management of certain Wealth and Private Banking segments of the Financial Institution's clients.
• Compliance with regulations and internal procedures of the banking sector.
• Maintaining the confidentiality and security of information.

• Contract: Permanent and full-time (39 hours per week).
• Salary: €17,139 gross per year (according to the Contact Center collective agreement).
• Schedule:
• Rotating shifts: Two weeks per month from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Monday to Thursday, except Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.), and two weeks per month from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (Monday to Thursday, except Fridays from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.).

Local and regional holidays are covered.

Buscamos un profesional con al menos 1 año de experiencia en posiciones similares, preferiblemente en entornos de Back Office Bancario o de gestión de Banca Patrimonial. Tu principal misión será dar soporte a las operaciones y clientes, garantizando la eficiencia y la calidad en cada interacción.

• Ejecución de la operativa de Back Office dimanante de la gestión de determinados segmentos de Banca Patrimonial y Privada de clientes de la Entidad Financiera.
• Cumplimiento de normativas y procedimientos internos del sector bancario.
• Mantenimiento de la confidencialidad y seguridad de la información.

• Contrato: Indefinido y a jornada completa (39 horas semanales).
• Salario: 17.139€ brutos anuales (según convenio Contact Center).
• Horario:
• Turnos rotativos: Dos semanas al mes de 8:00 a 16:00 horas (de lunes a jueves, excepto los viernes de 08:00 a 15:00 horas), y dos semanas al mes de 11:00 horas a 19:00 horas (de lunes a jueves, excepto los viernes de 11:00 horas a 18:00 horas).

Se cubren festivos locales y autonómicos.
