Customer Service Call Center Agent

We are currently looking to add a PHONE OPERATOR to our team for an essential telephone customer service role.

What will your duties be? 💼

You will handle telephone service for all matters related to assisting citizens.

• ESSENTIAL: Bilingual Spanish-Galician.
• Proficiency in office software tools.
• Teamwork.
• Availability for immediate start.

• Experience in telephone customer service positions is valued.

• Working hours: Part-time (25 hours per week) from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. + some Saturdays also in the morning.

Te encargarás de la atención telefónica en todo los temas relacionados con la atención a la ciudadanía.

• IMPRESCINDIBLE: Bilingüe Castellano-Gallego.
• Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas.
• Trabajo en equipo.
• Disponibilidad de incorporación inmediata.

• Valorable experiencia en puestos de atención telefónica.
