What you'll do

  • Supporting market and customer sell-out analysis, identifying trends, category evolution, brand performance, and competitor movements.
  • Contributing to the evolution of the team's reporting and visualization capabilities through the ongoing development and improvement of Power BI dashboards.
  • Supporting Consumer & Shopper Insights projects, consolidating learnings from various studies and collaborating with external suppliers and global teams to turn findings into business recommendations.
  • Supporting ad hoc analyses on growth opportunities, market sizing, sales dispersion, and regional performance.
  • Providing analytical support to cross-functional projects alongside Marketing, Sales, and other areas, promoting data-driven decision-making.
  • Supporting the preparation of executive presentations and materials for management committees and other executive forums.

What we're looking for

  • Education: Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent.
  • Valuable experience in data analysis, market intelligence, consumer insights, strategy, or marketing, ideally in FMCG environments, business consulting, or mass consumption.
  • Languages: Advanced level of English and Spanish.
  • Not having previously held a training contract (contract 420).
  • Availability to start from September 2026.
