About the role

From Temporal Quality ETT we are recruiting a Production Technician for a well-established food company in Montblanc.

What you'll do

In your day-to-day:

  • Machine adjustment during start-ups and format changes
  • Control of dosing and process parameters
  • Monitoring consumption, waste and FIFO
  • Recording and controlling production data and KPIs
  • Detection and correction of deviations
  • Coordination of shift handovers and support to the team
  • Reporting incidents to supervisors
  • Maintaining order, cleanliness and standards
  • Compliance with health and safety, quality and food safety regulations

What we're looking for

  • Availability to work in a 4th rotating shift (morning, afternoon, night + rest day)
  • Experience or ability to work in an industrial environment
  • Responsible, rigorous and quality-oriented person
  • Good adaptation to production rhythms

Nice to have

  • HIGHLY VALUED Experience in the food industry
  • Knowledge of line adjustments or production processes
  • Experience in data/KPI control

What you'll get
