About the role

What you'll do

360º Operational Control:

  • You will manage vessel files from start to finish, coordinating berthings and resolving issues on the front line, with flexibility to ensure service during on-call shifts or critical operations.

Global Strategic Link

  • You will be the vital communication bridge between shipowners, charterers, port authorities and customs, ensuring proper documentation processing and clearances (BLs).

Financial and Services Management

  • You will build the ideal port call by selecting local suppliers and managing the financial side: preparing proformas (PDAs), requesting cash advances and controlling risk alongside the finance team.

Excellence and Commitment

  • You will operate under strict international quality standards (AEO/ISO) using proprietary platforms (iNext), prioritising sustainable suppliers and applying the values of teamwork and honesty in every decision.

Requirements

Education: University degree or Higher Technician qualification in Logistics or International Trade.
