Food Production Technician (4th Shift)

Ensure the correct operation of the production process in your area:

• Adjusting the line
• Meeting quality and weight standards
• Ensuring production performance

In your day-to-day work, you will be responsible for:

• Machine adjustment during start-ups and format changes
• Control of dosing and process parameters
• Monitoring consumption, waste and FIFO
• Recording and controlling production data and KPIs
• Detection and correction of deviations
• Coordination of shift changes and support for the team
• Reporting incidents to supervisors
• Maintaining order, cleanliness and standards
• Compliance with health and safety, quality and food safety regulations

• Experience of 1 to 2 years as a Line Operator, Machine Operator, Production Technician or similar positions.
• Previous experience in the food industry.
• Knowledge of line start-ups, format changes and basic machine adjustments.
• Ability to detect and resolve simple operational issues.
• Experience carrying out quality checks during the production process.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and occupational risk prevention.
• Availability to work on a rotating 4th shift.

• Full-time
• Initial contract through the employment agency with real possibility of joining the end client company (stability).
• Initial salary through the employment agency:

€12.25/hour (day shift)

€14.37/hour (night shift)

€21.15/hour (overtime)

€217.98/hour (holiday hours)

• Rotating 4th shift:

Monday to Saturday (morning / afternoon / night / rest)

Rest week at the end of the cycle

Garantizar el correcto funcionamiento del proceso productivo en tu zona:

• Ajustando la línea
• Cumpliendo estándares de calidad y peso
• Asegurando el rendimiento productivo

En tu día a día te encargarás de:

• Ajuste de maquinaria en arranques y cambios de formato
• Control de dosificación y parámetros de proceso
• Supervisión de consumos, mermas y FiFo
• Registro y control de datos de producción y KPI’s
• Detección y corrección de desviaciones
• Coordinación de relevos y apoyo al equipo
• Comunicación de incidencias a responsables
• Mantenimiento de orden, limpieza y estándares
• Cumplimiento de PRL, calidad y seguridad alimentaria

• Experiencia de 1 a 2 años como Oficial de Línea, Maquinista, Técnico/a de Producción o posiciones similares.
• Experiencia previa en industria alimentaria.
• Conocimientos de arranque de línea, cambios de formato y ajustes básicos de maquinaria.
• Capacidad para detectar y resolver incidencias operativas sencillas.
• Experiencia realizando controles de calidad durante el proceso productivo.
• Conocimientos de seguridad alimentaria, higiene y prevención de riesgos laborales.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar en 4º turno rotativo.

• Jornada completa
• Contrato inicial por ETT con posibilidad real de incorporación a empresa final (estabilidad).
• Salario inicial por ETT:

12,25 €/h (turno diurno)

14,37 €/h (turno nocturno)

21,15 €/h (horas extra)

217,98 €/h (horas festiva)

• Turno 4º turno rotativo:

Lunes a sábado (mañana / tarde / noche / descanso)

Semana de descanso al finalizar ciclo
