What you'll do

WHAT WILL YOU DO ON A DAY-TO-DAY BASIS?

  • Integrated economic planning for Training Programs and monitoring, providing information and analysis on deviations, and proposing corrective measures.
  • Annual forecasts of expenses and income and their control.
  • Budget management based on information resulting from the Project/Program, reporting information and preparing reports for decision-making.
  • Datasets captured from the areas for carrying out the economic control of naval training programs, Operational Planning, and Economic Monitoring of Services.
  • Publication and maintenance of the WBS for naval training programs and projects.
  • Deliverables for risk and reserve monitoring and control of programs.
  • Billing plans, monitoring of goods receipts, progress, and billing review, providing information and analysis on deviations, and proposing corrective measures.
  • Dashboards and reports
  • Commercial budgets
  • Billing and supplier payment control

What we're looking for

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Degree in Finance and Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent.
  • Previous experience of at least 3 years in economic management and control of military naval projects.
  • Previous experience of at least 3 years with SAP.
  • Languages: English level B2
