  • You will carry out electrical engineering activities related to the design, integration, documentation, and technical support of electrical power generation and distribution systems, ensuring compliance with applicable contractual, regulatory, and Classification Society requirements, and providing support throughout all project phases.
  • You will draft technical documents containing cable lists and interconnections between equipment, electrical power supply lists, software and hardware connection lists, lists of electric motors with their characteristics, technical specifications for electrical equipment and materials, block diagrams and interfaces, etc., and you will enter the material list and these documents into SAP.
  • You will define electric motors in accordance with a PTS.
  • You will review technical documents provided by the generator manufacturer (drawings, manuals, test procedures, requirements verification, etc.).
  • You will design and integrate electrical systems: starter cabinets and electrical power distribution panels, charger and/or battery cabinets, and electrical wiring and instrumentation for motors.
  • You will interpret electrical schematics and model electrical equipment using tools such as Siemens NX, Elcad, or Eplan.
