What you'll do

• Support for the execution of the design and implementation of the new planning model, processes, KPIs, and digital solutions for the aircraft maintenance organization.

• Use data, automation, and AI to improve planning, anticipate risks, and support decision-making.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, lead pilot projects, and transfer knowledge to the team.

• Gain knowledge of all component production processes in the workshops.

• Develop and redefine current processes in the new software to ensure a more efficient repair process for all components.

• Prepare the necessary support documentation for current and future processes.

• Coordinate and validate with Component Production the new processes or solutions in the new software.

• Ensure compliance with regulations for the processes followed in the workshops.

• Strengthen the component production plan, including resource sizing and staff training needs.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Experience in industrial process management and process transformation.
  • Familiarity with aircraft maintenance.
