Industrial Mechanical Engineer

• Drafting of technical and consulting reports on mechanical installations and fire protection systems (PCI).
• Drafting and signing of preliminary designs, basic designs, and execution designs for mechanical installations and fire protection systems (PCI).
• Drafting and signing of rehabilitation designs for mechanical installations and fire protection systems (PCI).
• Review of technical documentation and designs regarding mechanical installations and fire protection systems (PCI), applying mandatory regulations and the specific regulations of each body affected by the document.
• Preparation of technical documentation for installations, repair, adaptation, or rehabilitation of defense infrastructure.
• Consulting and drafting of preliminary designs, basic designs, and execution designs for mechanical installations and fire protection systems (PCI) for data centers (CPD).
• Technical support for construction management of installations.
• Construction management of installations.
• Health and Safety coordination.
• Preparation of technical specifications.

• Industrial Technical Engineering, Mechanical specialty, or a Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Professional qualification as an Industrial Technical Engineer, BOE A-2009-2893), or Industrial Engineering (BOE A-2009-2740). Minimum required: 2 credits (ECTS).
• Specific training in BIM Work Methodology and MEP Modeling. Minimum required: 30 training hours.
• Experience in tasks equivalent to the object of the contract (Technical Support in Industrial Mechanical Engineering). Minimum required: 8 years.

• Redacción de informes técnicos y de consultoría en materia de instalaciones mecánicas y PCI.
• Redacción y firma de anteproyectos, proyectos básicos y proyectos de ejecución de instalaciones mecánicas y PCI.
• Redacción y firma de proyectos de rehabilitación de instalaciones mecánicas y PCI.
• Revisión de documentación técnica y proyectos en materia de instalaciones mecánicas y PCI, aplicando las normativas de obligatorio cumplimiento y las normativas específicas de cada organismo al que afecte el documento.
• Elaboración de documentación técnica para instalaciones, reparación, adecuación o rehabilitación de infraestructuras de defensa.
• Consultoría y redacción de anteproyectos, proyectos básicos y de ejecución de instalaciones mecánicas y PCI para CPD´s.
• Apoyo técnico a las direcciones de obra de instalaciones.
• Direcciones de obra de instalaciones.
• Coordinaciones de Seguridad y Salud.
• Elaboración de pliegos técnicos.
• Modelado y conocimientos avanzados BIM

• Formación específica en Metodología de Trabajo y Modelado BIM MEP. Mínimo requerido: 30 horas Lectivas
